
How many Continuing Education Credits do I need to maintain my licensure?
60 Class A Credits, 40 Class B Credits, and 4 CPC Core Modules required by the NBCRNA: Airway Management Techniques, Applied Clinical Pharmacology, Human Physiology & Pathophysiology, and Anesthesia Technology credits every four years. Gas Class currently provides 24 Class A Credits (including 7 credits in pharmacology/therapeutics) and covers the 4 CPC Core Modules. Stay tuned for Volume 23 for access to another 24 Class A Credits!
Is Gas Class owned and operated by anesthesia providers?
Yes! Gas Class curriculum is created BY CRNAs FOR CRNAs. The entire operation is powered by CRNAs to help advance OUR field.
How will I report my CE credits to the board?
We do this for you monthly, it is part of our service.
Will I receive a report of my scores?
Yes! Upon a passing score on a quiz, you will receive a downloadable report immediately. We will provide you a certificate and full report of your scores yearly. Also, you can always log into your account to view your progress.
How long do I have to complete each purchased volume?
Each volume must be completed before the stated expiration date. This expiration date is assigned by the AANA.
To obtain credit for a lesson, what score is required on the quiz?
To earn one Class A continuing education credit for each lesson, you must answer at least 80% of the questions correctly and submit an evaluation as required by the AANA.
